Synopsis

A lonely king and an orphaned servant girl... Even knowing the vast gap in our stations, I long to comfort the man who desires only me... Martine, raised in an orphanage, was on the verge of being sold off after being deceived by a merchant when she was rescued by Patris-a beautiful monarch known as the "Misanthropic King." After beginning work as a menial laborer in the royal laundry, she grows rapidly closer to Patris, bonded by a poem she memorized in childhood. The two begin meeting in secret within the library. Whenever Patris's noble fingers stoke a burning heat deep within her body, she finds herself overflowing with a shameful, honey-like pleasure, despite the guilt she feels over their unequal status. Yet the king stubbornly refuses to cross the final line; in truth, he is harboring a secret plan... (Source: BisouBisou Comics)
