1. Acceptance
By accessing or using HentaiGems.com (the “Site”), operated by McKittrick LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use this Site. By using the Site you affirm that you meet this requirement. You also affirm that it is legal in your jurisdiction to view adult anime (hentai) content. If it is not legal where you are, you must leave immediately.

HentaiGems is a discovery and recommendation service. We do not host, store, stream, transmit, or distribute adult content ourselves. We aggregate publicly available metadata (titles, synopses, cover art, scores, genres) from third-party APIs such as AniList, and provide links to third-party streaming, purchase, and reference sites (such as Hanime, OceanVeil, Coolmic, FAKKU, AmiAmi, MyAnimeList, Robert's Anime Corner Store, eBay, Google) where the content may be available. We are not affiliated with any of those third parties.
4. Third-Party Content
Cover images, descriptions, and titles displayed on the Site are property of their respective rights holders and surfaced via public APIs. Streaming links direct you to third-party platforms with their own terms, content policies, and age verification systems. We make no representations about the accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party content and are not responsible for it.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site if you are under 18 or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically harvest data from the Site for commercial purposes.
