Aggregator Statement

HentaiGems is a discovery and recommendation service. We do not produce, host, store, stream, transmit, or distribute any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. The Site displays metadata (titles, animated cover art, synopses, scores) sourced from third-party APIs (such as AniList). All cover art surfaced is animated artwork and not photographic depictions of real persons.

Accordingly, HentaiGems is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 because the depictions on or referenced by the Site do not involve actual human beings. To the extent any third-party site linked from HentaiGems hosts depictions of actual human beings, the record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. §2257 lie with that producer or operator, not with us.

Strict Prohibition on Minors

HentaiGems strictly prohibits and does not knowingly promote, link to, or surface any content that sexualizes minors. AniList's catalog and our filters are designed to surface adult animated titles intended for adult audiences. If you encounter any entry that you believe violates this prohibition, please report it immediately to dmca@mckittrick.co and we will investigate and remove it.
