Gangster Joo-Geon Kang, aka “Black Kite,” gets more than he bargained for when he shows up at Jae-Joon Min’s clinic looking for a certain intimate surgery at his boss’s request! Unable to resist this intimidating guy and his excellent manhood, Jae-Joon gets himself into trouble after a few nights of bliss and has to get out of town fast.
