Synopsis

At a young age, Lia was adopted into the rich and political Henricksen family, only to end up being treated more like a servant than a daughter. In order to break free of her restraining household, she uses a stalking incident as an excuse to move out. But upon revisiting her parents’ home, she finds them murdered with a mysterious man named Ivan Yelka waiting for her. After a failed suicide attempt to escape her tragic life once more, Lia wakes up in an underground bunker handcuffed to a bed. Ivan assures her that she’s safe and that he’s actually a CIA agent who had connections to her father. But can his words truly be trusted? Or does he have an ulterior motive for keeping Lia completely confined in his grasp? (Source: Tappytoon)
