Synopsis

After ten years, cousins Ken and Tomo—now with a matured body—reunite during the holidays. (Source: Fakku!) Note: There are two separate versions for the series finale: "Kyonyuu Itoko ga Iru Kyuuka 4: Junai-han" (Vanilla End) and "Kyonyuu Itoko ga Iru Kyuuka 4: Ryoujoku-hen" (NTR End).
